Diese ist durch verz\u00f6gerte \u00dcberempfindlichkeitsreaktionen auf Fleischprodukte von S\u00e4ugetieren gekennzeichnet und wird durch IgE-Antik\u00f6rper vermittelt, die gegen das Kohlenhydrat Galactose-\u03b1-1,3-Galactose gerichtet sind.
