Les allergies aux animaux sont fr\u00e9quentes, mais leur diagnostic n\u2019est pas toujours simple. En particulier, les tests traditionnels bas\u00e9s sur des extraits de squames pr\u00e9sentent des limites, car leur contenu allerg\u00e9nique peut varier et ces extraits contiennent de nombreux allerg\u00e8nes contribuant \u00e0 des r\u00e9actions crois\u00e9es entre esp\u00e8ces.
